Horseback Riding  (return to things to do home page)

The Kitsap Peninsula offers a variety of horse camps and trails for both locals and visitors to the area.

Many of the trails are on timber company lands offering wide logging roads open to non-motorized forms of transportation only. Other trails are on County or Department of Natural Resources (DNR) property.

Thousands of acres of wooded trails, horse camps, wildlife viewing and amazing views, makes Kitsap a great destination for riders.

Listed are some of the trails open to the public for horseback riding.
